It isn't always painless, but it is better than just ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away. (Here's a hint... it WON'T go away...)
Can StanLee help everybody?
We take pride in having a good idea of what the government will work with and what they won't. We know how to make sure we have all the documentation required before we submit it, to make the transaction as seamless as possible. There will be cases that we just can't help. However, we will do our best to find a solution, when others just refuse to try. If we know for a fact that we can't do anything about your situation, we will be honest and tell you up front. We are not here to waste your time or your money.

Do you charge for an initial consultation?
The first consultation is $275 and non-refundable. If you choose to proceed with our services, the initial consultation fee will be applied to the first phase of your case.
How does this process work?
We will go over the whole process in more detail during your initial consultation, but the short version is that we will assess your case and compare what you have to what the taxing authority has. At that point, we will make sure all of your tax matters are in compliance and up-to-date. Then we will come up with a resolution and work with the government agency to come to an agreement that will work with all parties, if possible.
Do you have any guarantees?
We guarantee that we will go to bat for you and be a mediator for you, if your case is eligble. However, due to the nature of what we are trying to accomplish, we cannot make promises that the taxing authority will accept whatever settlement or offer we present. Any company or person that guarantees to "settle your debt for pennies on the dollar" is lying to you and scamming you. You are dealing with the government. There are no guarantees - ever.
